Our Med Spa Cancellation Policy
We strive for excellence and 100% satisfaction. Our patients truly feel like family. We value the relationships we’ve built and are so grateful for the trust you place in us. Safety, comfort, and the patient experience are top priorities, and we are thrilled to share in your journey.
That said, due to the nature of the services we provide and the products we stock, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on products, services, gift cards, or packages. All sales are final.
No shows, late changes, or cancellations not made 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will incur a $100.00 fee and/or your deposit will be forfeited. This allows us to respect the time set aside specifically for you and gives other patients the opportunity to be seen. We reserve the right to charge 50% of the intended service.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, your appointment will be considered a no-show and subject to the same fees.
